We have created a possibility to make the creation of identity cards simplier. For the future the identity cards could be generated faster and cheaper for you on our procurement portal.

Instruction for Identity card print:

àLogin on the procurement portal with your User ID and password.

àBy pressing the “print jobticket” button on the left side you get an overview of all articles which needs an identity card as per technical specification “disposal packaging materials”.

àPlease choose the required article. Next you will be called on to enter the quantity per unit and the quantity of units. Finally press the “print” button.

àEach printed Identity card possesses a definite bar code and therefore the identity card must not be copied! But you have the possibility to print a higher quantity of identity cards in advance. Umdasch don`t care in which order the identity cards will be used or if some cards will not be used.

àIn the overview you have the possibility to delete articles by pressing the “delete” button. The product will automatically be shown, if the article will be ordered again.

àIf there are any questions, please contact the purchasing agent, who is responsible for you.

àThe implementation of the new identity cards should take place from calendar week 25/2008.
